swaping Engine

HI all
I new in this forum , I need some help please , my young brother I have a 2001 Silerado 1500 , He wants to swap the engine with a 6.0L engine from 2009 HD Truck , he has bought the engine with the same 6speed trans , ECM , BCM , the electric acceleration foot panel & the 6 speed gear handle for the same 09 truck also we have the harness for it , we fit the engine & the transmission in to the vehicle , we able to crank it but it will not fire up to start it , so any help guys ?

09 vs 01 are two seperate passlock systems so im not really sure how you are going to bypass it. My 01 impala i could bypass the passlock with just a simple resistor trick, my 09 i had to put an antenna around the key and use a bypass module to get the remote start to work.

did any one swap his engine with LS in his old car , & what about this harness

its a Painless Wiring/4 ft. extra length fuel injection wiring harness for ECM/PCM 12200100, 9354896 and 4L60E or 6 speed transmission I found it in autozone

help guys
